Boston is one of my favorite cities to visit. Every time I visit I discover something new. One of the oldest cities in the country, rich with history and culture, good food and great people. Boston is the perfect combination of old and new. My favorite example of this is the old state house standing as it was in 1713, surrounded by more modern high-rise buildings.
Here are a few of the things I like to do when I visit Boston:
The Outer Banks is a string of barrier Islands of the coast of North Carolina, nicknamed OBX for short. It has been our choice for a quite family vacation for about 10 years. There truly is something for everybody here, history, culture, beach sports, shopping and awesome food!
The road to Hana is one of those landmark drives that everyone should do at least once in their lifetime, I am lucky enough to have done it twice. Located on the island of Maui, the road to Hana is a 68 mile long stretch that connects Kahului to Hana. Along the way you will find 600 twists and turns and more that 50 bridges and millions of beautiful sights. There are about 15 must-see locations on the journey, I’ll share with you some of my favorites.
I’ve always wanted to take a road trip to Maine so on a whim I checked out Booking.com found a place that looked good and off we went. Ogunquit is located at the south-east tip of Maine, which made it an easy road trip from New Jersey. It is about a 5 1/2 hour drive.
